A Republican alternative to Strickland’s budget

Much of the argument surrounding the budget seems to be that we have cut all the fat we can and the only thing left to cut is absolutely necessary services.  I personally think Strickland went after libraries to force the GOP to stand up for spending and force a choice between gambling or tax increases.
